Cancellation Policy
Plans change — we understand.

Cancel 72+ hours before an event for a full refund, minus any processing fee.

Cancel within 72 hours for a 50% refund, minus any processing fee.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another ICF High Country member at no charge.
Media Policy
We capture photos, videos, and recordings at our events to share our work and community.

Attendance implies consent for your image or voice to be used for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
